Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive Yoga (Props supported) is a therapeutic class that can be enjoyed by anyone. People who suffer from ailments, traumas, or any other health issues will especially benefit from this class. The class is restorative and you are assisted with props as you take time to get into your yoga poses with the teacher’s guidance. Quite a gentle and slow class that you can be taken from the convenience of your home. As simple as switch on your computer, login into our class and plan for a short 45 mins session on your mat or chair.

This class is for those who are stressed out, have difficulty getting into poses, facing health issues, and need stretches to bring back normal flexibility so they can continue to cook correctly, tie their shoes, roll over in bed without pain, address anxiety and improve appetite, eat well and be healthy with yoga therapy.
