Sweat with Ashtanga Yoga


Ashtanga  is “Ashta + anga” in Sanskrit. “Ashta” means Eight and “Anga” is limbs so it means Eight Limb path, Ashtanga yoga is based on Yoga Philosophy of Patanjali. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras include asanas, pranayamas or dharana, as well as yogic yams and niyamas. To begin with, we will familiarize ourselves with Patanjali’s basic principles.

Ashtanga yoga sweating is designed to eliminate any obvious physical problems that keep you from being healthy. Both our hips and hamstrings need to be opened up!
