About Our Therapeutic Teacher Training Certification

Yoga Sudha Center offers a traditional therapeutic yoga teacher training certification. Our teachers are very well qualified and some have roots in India. Your syllabus will cover, Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama, Mudras, Postures and History of Yoga and many more therapeutic classes in the 300 hour certification, more details are available under each module. Yoga is a practice passed down as sutras over 1000s of years. This age old practice has many health benefits and has the ability to transform lives.
