I practice yoga more than ten years, got my yoga teacher certificate in 2015, since that time I taught different yoga classes, such as: Restorative, Yin, Nidra Yoga, Hot Yoga, Power, Vinyasa Flow, Pre and Post Natal Yoga(certificated).
Most people come to yoga practice for flexibility, stretches, release stress level or change all their life. My way to yoga was spontaneous. It was time to make serious decisions. I started with adding yoga practice into my life. It was life changing start. Now, I believe that yoga can help to make steps without fear about what will happens next, and can help make right decisions. I believe that every person should listen their hearts and body, and yoga is a good guide into it. Be in present moment and be happy! Namaste!
