Chetna Julka

I was initiated into Hatha yoga through one of the traditional schools of yoga in 2014 mainly as a personal practitioner. After a considerable period of consistent practice, I was enthused to take my practice to the next level, and this led me to pursue RYT-200 training in yoga. This training further strengthened my practice by introducing me to different styles of yoga, study of human anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy and its application to yoga practice. While RYT-200 opened up avenues for me to take up teaching but I realized that the certification has brought about a paradigm shift in my thinking. I now wanted to have a deeper understanding of the classical texts of yoga and apply it to the practice. I also wanted to provide every person, I impart my learnings, with an experience of yoga that is perfect for them in that moment. With this goal in my mind I pursued Masters in Yoga Therapy to provide palliative support for various ailments and to bring about a holistic approach to well-being.
