Chair Yoga

Despite reading the benefits of regular yoga practice, have you felt discouraged from trying it due to balance, mobility or flexibility issues? Thus, chair yoga can achieve the same benefits by sitting down and doing a series of sun salutations. This will result in improved core strength, balance, and flexibility, while also calming your mind. With this gentle practice, you’ll discover a whole new world of yoga that puts you in a more stable position and is more comfortable and supported. This practice is offered every Monday at noon. Professionals are welcome in this class. Make time for yourself!
