Restorative Yoga

Yoga that integrates breath and body. In addition to using our bodies to deal with physical and mental tension, we will also be able to increase strength and flexibility during the gentle flow. A variety of props will be used to help our bodies and systems relax and recover. It is appropriate for stress, fatigue, and chronic stress of all levels.
